Please let me know that Can a practising Advocate start a NON-PROFIT MAKING COMPANY acting as a Promoter / Managing Director? Is there any relevant Judgement deciding whether an Advocate can indulge in the activities of any NON-PROFIT making companies in the role of a Promoter / Managing Director / Director?
