Dear Sirs,
I had filed an application under RTI. I received the reply, but it is little unclear. To seek the clearer information further, can I send the application again quoting my understanding and asking the concerned officer whether my understanding is correct or not ("Yes" "No" type question)?
e.g. can I send the application again in the following format:---- ---- ---- ------ ------
Is my understanding of your reply correct?"
