Can rti act applicable to track calls made on mobiles

can we procure information from a private cell operator regarding the calls made from their sim card during a particular period, in the past, under rti act.  if, yes, then what is the procedure ? and where to apply?  this is needed to fight a case in the court.

Among the service providers,the BSNL is the public authority where RTI could be invoked.The other service providers do not fall under this category and they are not bound to abide by  the  RTI Act

As per recent deliberations to the RTI, all public related institutions be covered under RTI.

Sir,

Information for calls made from the mobile number of another person can not be divulged by the service provider, it being third party information. This can be requested only if it is proved to be for General Public Good.
