Hi
I have got fake community certificate 15 years back. By using it i got scholar ships in school and college. My relation is threatening me saying that i will file a case against you "that you have fake community certificate, and by filing a case i will cancel all your degrees". Please reply me does this a big offence. What will happen if they file a case against me?
Note : they have my community certificate xerox copy at hand.

obtaining caste certificate by misrepresenting facts, declaring falsely caste that is an offence and if found by authorities your caste certificate will be cancelled. You will be prosecuted for offences committed by you. You defend by engage an Advocate.
