Minor property between two brothers

My Father registered a land between me and my brother when both were minors, My Father expired and we divided the land amicably into equal shares when we were majors, the land has been divided in the year 2010 may month, now I am going to sell half of the property, would like know the Capital gain taxes and how to reduce it.

The sale proceeds in respect of the sale of your share in the property will attract long term capital gains, better consult your auditor for further proceedings in this regard.

After disposal of such land will fetch you a long term capital gain,however to monitor such funds and their taxes built by  them will be managed by only your Accountant as well as your Auditor.As rightly opined above you may consult the same.
