How to book builder for fraud-

Builder/  sold a property ghaziabad in which 30 % area is terrace.But sold to us as covered area. after 5 years authority has sent a letter to re

move unauthorised construction to buuilder and us.Builder agreement says all disputed to be resolved under delhi high court we are in delhi builder company in delhi but propery is ghaziabad,

kindly confirm can we file complaint in delhi & what r the charges to be madein complaint .builder has still not done sale deed despite taking money for stamp etc. do we have to go to police or directly court.

On what basis do you say that the flat is sold/conveyed to you in the absence of the registered contract? Narrate your case properly.

Due to sale deed not done despite reminder by us Delhi High court on our request appointed a arbitrator. Builder accepts agreement etc but now we have got the letter that area which he sold as coverd appx 30 % is terrace i.e builder can not sale .we have just come to know about this criminal act. kindly help as i am old widow 74 years
