A legal notice is not a mere correspondence between two people.  If you have already informed the recepient that you will initiateappropriate legal action on his failure to comply with your demands thereon as stated in your legal notice, nothing will prevent you to go ahead seeking the necessary relief against your company through appropriate forum.
