My sil has registered a complain with Caw cell against my brother and parents falsely accsing them of haressment etc etc. they have sUbmitted a long list amting to 1.5 crores that inclUdes any and every penny they might have spent at the wedding including mithai for laks.
How should we reply to this supposed stridhan list.
Will this affect my brothers chances of going abroad for work?

The betrothal/marriage expenses are not included as a part of the stree dhana property let the claim about it be any tall. You have to contest the case only with the evidences in your possession. Do not dispose any of her properties during her absence and make a list of everything, bundle them up and dump them in a loft or in a store room, hand them over whenever directed to do so by the court, dont get scared of the false cases, even the court knows that these days the females are hell bent to misuse the laws which were framed exclusively to save them from the cruel clutches dowry mongering greedy and monstrous in laws; to satisfy their egos and dominating ideas .
