Pregnent accused in false 498a

in Jun 24 my wife left me and after 15 days she filed false 498A against me and my family (with the help of her father ACP in nagpur)

in which my sister name(who is already married and now pregnent ) put in that FALSE 498A case

we got AB for her but now police is asking for her bayan and without that they could not file chargesheet

now situation is that she cant move as per doc .. is any way to handle this case ,as i m woried for my sis..

please let me know...your valuable suggestion..

I need to know some law which will prevent her to come in court also..

temporary exemption can be sought for her appearance on medical ground. Consult your lawyer who has seen all papers..

Yes, by producing the medical papers, you can seek for exemption to appear before the police for inquiry and if they decline, you may petition the court for the relief.
