Reimbursement on paying cooperative society bills

I am a member of a cooperative housing society. I have volunteered to pay the monthly electricity bills via my credit card which gives some cashback. I give the cashback to the society in cash and they reimburse me the paid amount via a bearer cheque for which I also sign a receipt. By doing so, the society saves around a few thousand rupees a year.

We're keeping clear documentation of the amount paid for the bill via the credit card as well as the cashback given back to  the society.

Do you think there is any chance that an Auditor can find an issue with this arrangement? Also, will this be a cause for trouble to me personally?
