I am decided to go for FIR quash irrespective of the result still just want to gather some information.
i am married in Andhra pradesh state and lived in Bangalore ..case has been filed in Andhra pradesh but we never lived there(hardly 10days in this three years) and in the FIR she didn't mentioned that where the incident happened.
We have sent legal notice on april 30th 2013 saying u will not fit married life(she is a female impotent) and got reply on may 12 2013 and they have filed the case on may 17th 2013.
In the legal notice we mentioned that she is threatening to file the false cases.
1.what is abuse of process law
2.if the FIR quashed saying abuse of process law still girl side can register the same 498A case in different city?
3.Can we show this to court at the time of quash?will it be useful?
