A tenant who's not paying rent for past 40 months. RCOP filed in october 2011. for eviction. in 11(4) section additional suit filed. now judge noted to pay the rent. but tenant telling paid the rent. but the tenant didn't proove. there he don't have proof. so in this the tenant can appeal for set aside? the injunction which issued in favour of tenant earlier also got cancelled. now the tenant asking to reopen the injunction will the court give again injunction? now the case is in arguement level. in Tamilnadu state.
