My daughter has returned from USA , and is interested in starting a training academy . It is a small institute which offers its own course and a simple certificate. It is not affiliated to any establishment in AP or elsewhere.
What are the legal procedures to be followed in the State of AP. Do we need to register the establishment anywhere. If so any guidance available or any legal help available in Hyderabad?
