Appeal in high court

Hi experts

I have submitted my petition in high court against family court order of interim maintenance of HMA24.

i have few queries

1) Do i have to first pay entire arrears to my wife?

2) If yes can i request court that i can pay 50% arrears before high court proceedings

3) When high court will issue a notice to my wife

4) I m also planning to apply for interim visitation rights for my son in family court on next date. So my appeal in HC about interim maintenance  will make any  adverse effect for my visitation rights????

Pls advise

Thanks

As per lower court order you have to approach. For appeal also there will be time limit. Visiting rights no effect with appeal.
