Guide on municipal activities

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am seeking guidance to pressurize on some common points in the area of municipal (Mahanagar Palika)

Points-

1. Bad roads,

2. Garbedge

3. Light Polls

I wants to pressurize on above points and want in written that they will work for results.

As per my opinion, i can seat for hunger strike or andolan.

If anything is there apart from that i can send a "Nivedan Patra".

Please guide.

First of all give a complaint before the Municipal stating all your problems. Give them sufficient time i.e. 15 days to one month. After that if there is no response from them contact higher authorities and then your local MLA. Even after there is no response, then file Writ Petition before High Court against the above Municipal authorities and their seniors.

For making strikes and andolans, there should be some groupism and political party links. Otherwise you will be put in jail under various sections under IPC.
