Ref my Writ Appeal No 21313 of 2013 ( wpsr no 112751/2013).
The writ was filed on 16/7/2013 regd on 18/07/2013 .
Now it is indicated as : - posting stage: Interlocutory (Home), listing date :08/082013 under Hon'ble Justice Nooty Rammohana Rao.
I am told by my advocate that it was listed first with another judge who transfer it to the present judge. The present judge supposedly ( as per my advocate) had heard the case and advised the respondent to file a counter within two weeks..but nothing has thereafter. No my advocate says there may be further changes in the benches?
Is there a procedure / rule to seek info from the court as to the reason for delay as it is about issuing an interim order to the directoare of AP Sainik Welfare to issue a CAP cert to me for my daughter for a MBBS seat 2013-14..this delay is pathetic..Counselling is over on 24 Jul..students admitted already..second counselling is due any day.
