Dear Sirs,
I am owing a room in a Chawl ( OWNERSHIP BASIS NOT LEASE BASIS ) which have gone in SRA since 8 years. The survey by Collector have also been done but still Agreement is not made with the Builder. Now, I want to sell my room to second party. I heard by someone that property which comes under SRA cannnot be sold to any one up to 10 years. If it is true then kindly guide me about how to sale my property or what documentation can be done for sale of my property.
Please kindly help me to find a solution for the same.
