Status quo disobedience

Dear sir

Being aggrieved  the order of lower court, first preferred before district. At the time of admiton an order of status quo is granted directing both parties to maintain status quo.

Now the Respondents is violating the orders of the appellant court.

   what the appropriate remedy to take action against respondent  for disobedience of court order .

File an application under order 39 Rule 2A CPC before the court which granted the interim status quo order immediately and in your application pray for appointing commissioner for on the spot report.
