Cash transaction how to prove ?

hi

i gave someone 10 lakhs in cash as a loan. i dont have any proof of transaction . just have his cheque against the loan. now he is refusing to return the money. cheque have bounced with "Account Blocked"

please tell me if i will get the money back :(

You can file criminal case against u/s 138 of NI Act, but remember you have to prove on the date of lending amount you had so much of amount and you are having cpacity to lend the amount.
