Sanction to prosecute- Necessity of - Accused annoyed by his transfer, abusing and threatening another employee-Prosecution for offences u/s 332, 355 and 506 IPC-Acts of accused has no nexus with discharge of his official duty-Therefore, no necessity of obtaining sanction for his prosecution.
