Rented property is allowed to us club house and gymanisum ?

live in a rented property for a long term stays of 6 months and is written in rental agreement to use all facilities but . I want to know whether I am allowed to use club house and Gymansium facility in Big Housng complex Where there are 11 building federation and federation people dont allow us to use , not the owner of the flat ?
