i'm living in village of punjab. my neigbouring dumping cows, buffloes and other house waste near my house wall. i'm requesting him to place it to else where for last many years. but he never moved that.
Is there any law. so, i can file case against that bullsh*t, uneducated person ? if yes please provide me info about like IPC code or any article number etc. so, i can file complaint with that.

u can file injunction suit against your neighbour
