My grand father has been given land by AP govt in 1963 as he is landless poor. After his death my mother cultivated that prperty. In the year 1988 new pattadar pass books issued in my mother's name. After 50 years of enjoyment now I want to sell that property for my mother's treatment. I want purchase the land from govt after that I want to sell others. I want to know how it can be possible. Please guide me.
