Dear members.
though i have found a copy of the judgement of justice roshan dalvi of mumbai high court regarding time limit to file DV case within one year. i am not able to find it on the indian kanoon website or the office website of the bombay high court
request members to pls comment as i am not able to find the judgement on the official website. i intend to use this judgement in my DV case, if anyone finds the official link from the mumbai high court. then request you to plse provide me with the link too of the mumbai high court as i need to give a reference of the same in my case
