I had bought a resell flat in pune december 2011. We made a housing loan for the flat. At the time of issuence of loan the old owner has given a copy of the Socity share certificate. We did all the transfer work within month. But the society name transfer was remaining. Now the Old owner went into financial disputes because of his business loss and he went missing. He holds the society certificate but we couldnt find him since he is underground.
Now since I dont have Original share certificate my name is not getting transefred in society.
I have all Documents light bill, property bills society noc. ..original index 2.
What shall I do to get society membership?
