Gandhiji spake "India lives in village." most of us not aware of our legal rights. when our person or property is infringed we sincerely yearn that the wrong doer would be brought to book but due to our hesitatiion , sense of insecurity, and above all illeteracy most of the crimes do not even come to light. this results in internal frustration among the mind of general public. the govt. has taken measures to check the health of common people by setting rural hospitals and now at every subdivisional court there is legal services authority. if the court people by rotation visit general public and enquire we may gibve legal help in a more effective way.
