Major consider minor

In year 1995 my father was expired at that time my age was 15 year.

In year 2008 my father property was sold by us with my consent also.

 

And agrreement done on that property , but sign of mine was not done on it.

As as per i was minor at the time of successor certiifcate (pedhinamu).

 

Now Panchayat is asking for NOC for it . Than what is declaration to give in it.

Please advice.

if the minor has attained age of majority ask for a notarised copy of birth certificate and a note from parent whose name appears as guardian, place the matter before the civil court for transmission of name in succession certificate.

There is a property on the name of my husband .But,during the registration of sale deed he is listed as minor on the agreement.

Does he need to change it as he is a major? If so, what is the process we should follow?

File an application and enclose age proof to the sub-regstrar office at your local office.
