My residential plot has been grabbed and construction of house is being done illegally on it. I have approached the civil court for a stay order on the construction and the civil judge has postponed the date of hearing (of case) instead of giving the stay order(injunction). The opposite party is still continuing the construction in full swing. He(opposite party) has made forged documents which show that he started construction even before the land was "registered" in his name. Please advise.
