property got claim to pakistan

My grand father was moving to Pakistan permanently so he did something with his all property and material to send Pakistan so that he will get all things in Pakistan it was something called claim and all, but unfortunately before moving to Pakistan he died because of heart attack and after his death all property and material gor claimed as my grand mother is illiterate so she couldn't do any thing. My grand father was a criminal lawyer so please advice can we do something now or is there any chance actually my grand father had wife in Pakistan also so he decided to live together .
