Terminating without notice - how much i can expect

Dear Sir,

I have been working with a private sector from August 2006.  Yesterday they called me and told that we are terminating you because of work decrese and I have been instructed to not to come to office after 30th this month.  I asked to include me in other company works, they simply rejected.  Apart from by PF they agreed to pay 3 months salary as a compensation (month by month..means I will be receive compennsation by three months).

1.  No offer letter provided.

2. My current salary 11500. Basic 2500.

3. Salary credited in my salary account

4. PF and ESI debited from my salary.

4. I do have all the salary slips.

Please tell me, am i receiving a good settlement or else how much I can expect from them.  Kindly help me how can I proceed

Expecting your valuble advice.

Sincelerly,

Dear Saravanan,

You are eligible to get all terminal benefits or job security.  You may report to the Labour Department for further proceedings
