Will the section 324 a4 is compoundable or not ,if case comes to an end what will be the punishment and how long will the case runs?If complainant is ready to compramise then what is the procedure an how many days it will take?can any one please suggest me
Incident:
We four members were drinking infront of my friends shop at the time 12:30 A.M. Some people opposed then one of my friend stabbed one person with a stick ,unfortunately the stick was having nails.he got injured and got fracture for his left hand.He lodged a complaint in police station and they police cops booked a case against us.Section 324,326,Police Act 71 for the person who hitted the complainant with stick and for the remaining persons section 324 a2,a3,a4.My self holding with section 324 a4 .we all got bail,also attended one hearing in court.what will be the punishment if complainant not ready to compramise for SECTION 324 A4.
