Dear Sir,
We have one land. Which we got from government on 1945 for agriculture purpose . In which agreement states that enjoyment over the land . Which is given to my grandfather & in continuation to his sons. We have enjoyed the right over the land for more than 65 years. land is in which patta is called 2C patta. After my grandfather ,now my father is enjoying the rights over the land. Now , are we eligiable to apply patta for the land...?. Legallay is there any possible ways for that..?. Please clarify my query..This will really helpfull for me.
