Dear Gentelmen,
Recently I have purchased (Registered) a residential plot for housing in Lucknow , uttar pardesh , while for Mutation (dakhil kharij) , I get to know that land was belongs to SC/ST persons , hence it cannot be transfer to my name . (the land was not given by government to Him)
With reference to new Supreme court judgment on subjected matter , What will be legal steps for transferring the land to my name ????, is that he still owner for his shell land ? Kindly provide your expert guideline . it will be highly appreciated.
