Accused ready to pay complaint refusing

accused trying to pay the cheque amount and trying to compramise but complaint refusing to take amount and refusing to compound the case. complait filed a civil case basing pronote and want to take money in civil case. he want accused to get convicted in niact case. the cheque is based on the same pronote. accused trying to pay money but comlaint refusing to take money and not willing to compound niact case

When the case is filed in the court of law, whatever  compromise, or settlement must be  through court only.

Dear Querist

No need to worry about it, file an application before the court for compounding the offence and show your intention to ready to make the payment with the relavent judgement of supreme court and high courts.

Please do not do this mistake of making written admission in the court that you want to pay. By doing this you will be convicted and also will have to pay.
