Recruitment of Hindi Officer was conducted in a particular insurance company of public sector. Not only Opportunity of written examination but also Information under Right to information was denied by both CPIO and FAA despite Ministry of Finance stand that it was violation of constitutional right of applicant.

So far as the RTI applicant understands the working of insurance company it is not unusual that
well known bribe takers caught demanding bribe are seen well proptected at the
highest leval.
One alleged bribe taker trapped red handed was seen with company chairman at Jaipur during July 2012
While receiving buque from his subordinate employee charged under prevention of corruption act
a decade ago.
He was accorded the opprtunity of written examination for promotion as administrative officer on 3rd December 2012 at Jaipur.
The Cheif vigilance officer while replying ministry of finance letter
did not deny the harsh reality.
