May i know what is the time fram for pending Crpc 125 in court ? My wife have filed crpc 125 on me 4 years ago however yet the case is showing pending in court and haven't passed even exparty order. Complainant who filed crpc 125 is not even attending court dates since 2 years but still court keeps on giving dates ? Is there any time frame for dismissal of this case ?

If you have appeared in the case, tell your advocate to press for the dismissal of the case.
