Lok adalath notice

Dear All,

I am Manju from Banagalore, I was using credi crad CITI Bank and I made transaction for 50,000/- for my personal. After that I asked the CITI Bank peole to convert in to EMI but they refused to do. I paid few months minimum due after I fed up with that since my principal amount not reduced. 
after one year stopping payment now got a lok adalath notice.

Please help me how can I deal with this situation.

You can try for one time settlement in lok adalat.  YOu have got chance.

Show the refusal letter in the lok adalat and bargain to reduce the interest part.

Suold I appear in lok adalth on the mentioned date in the notice.?

The bank people agreeing for 20,000/- as a settlement.. I am confused where I should go. 

What about CIBIL Celerance, If I go with the Lok adalth can I get cibil clerance.
