Accused is entitled to get copy of statement recorded u/s 164 of crpc on payment of necessary charges
For the forgoing reasons, what we find is that no person, who is entitled to a copy of the statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., could be denied the required copy of the said document, if he is ready to pay the cost admissible under Rules of the Court.
