Can there be any change or modification in the examination notification, issued by the concerned government organisation, before the due date of the examination?
A government organisation modified its examination notification just two day before the due date of the examination. They e-mailed the information regarding the said modification to the candidates as a spam mail. However, during the examinnation, the instructions given in the question paper stood unaltered and there was also no announcement regarding the change in examination hall.
Whether the orgasation can assume that each candidate was informed about the change, just by sending a e-mail?
