hello,

you can apply in Delhi University.

classes will be in english , however you can clear your concepts in personal.

you can also write exam in hindi.

wanted to do llb dthrough distance learning/ part time at DElhi. please give me the idea which are the universities conducting these types of course. when will be the admission ?
