Hi, We have run a case for years in a Peddapalli civil court, located in Karimnagar district Andhrapradesh. This case is related to Singareni Collories Mining company land acquisition.
Need to know the judgement information on compensation.
Please help me how can i get the judgement copy ?
Can i use RTI to get judgement copy ?
Who is the PIO of Peddapalli court ?

Go to the section office of that court with details of your case means case number etc..and apply for judgement copy..within a week u will get a judgemnet copy

Thanks Sree, I have tried but do not know whom to appraoch in section office, You know in governament offices how the response would be. Can you please point me to the exact roles in section office ?
