in prosecution under drugs and cosmattic act there is no public prosecutor in jammu and kashmir, whatever legal knowledge drug inspector has he applies it and moves the criminal law into action , whether it is justified or not , but the most important what is the difference in the procedure to be adopted in it by cjm and under what provision of crpc they have got the option of pre charge evidence and cross examination please reply with case law and statute provision
