False statement by company

Hi All,

Need a suggestion for below case.

I am working in private company for the past few years.  I had a  UK visa which valid for 2 years was cancelled within 6 months of visa given date due to  wrong report sent by my company. I have checked with UK visa office and came to know that , my company given report that I have no longer employed by them.Based on this they have cancelled my visa before the visa valid expire date.

Can I file a lawsiut againt my company ? can I ask compensation for this ?

Regards,

PUBLIC
