dear all
if my lawyer says he filed my case and its panding , what that means....in simple words.
then i told him to withdraw may case but he is not sending any info, i am waiting for 15 days and no positive responce.
how can i find that what is the status of my case ,is it field or withdrawn .
how can i stop my lower from prociding further, i do not trust him at all.
please help.

You can watch cause list of concern court through online. All major courts are having this facility in India now.
