Can the suit submitted by diffence be used in criminal case

A has submitted a suit in a civil court by stating that B has created some fake stamp papers and forged documents to mutate A's properties on B's name.

B has submitted his counter to the A's suit in which B has made some erroneous statements (which may help A) related to the partitions, documents and mutations.

A now wants to lodge a criminal case against B by providing RTI documents evidence through Cr.p.c 156(3).

Can A use the B's counter which he (B) submiitted in the civil suit to prove B's guilty at any point of the criminal case proceedings?
