Again filed 372 cr.pc

Dear Sirs,

After a hell of 8 years suffering in 498-A months back acquitted from the same. after loads of false petetions and all won the case of 498 now again i recived a notice from the family court that again a case of U/S 372 Cr.PC filed against me and they told me to appear in the court...Pls guide me again dont want to waste my life in courts.

498 was filed as pvt complaint the magistrate has dismissed the case after 8 years.
