Dv act , agent / poa

Can a POA / Agent do the deposition & exhibit evidence like passport copies etc in DV act ?

Since Dv act is civil in nature.

Could you let me know what is the difference between deposition and exhibit of evidence .

i need to show evidence of passport copies , bank stament etc..

as per my lawyer poa can deposit but not exhibit it
