Property dispute

sir ,we are from joint family.my father is still alive but my father's elder brother is dead.Now I want to divide my property between my father and sons of my father's elder brother but they are not ready to do that.,but i want to divide the land .my father is also ready .i belong to azamgarh ,uttarpradesh .

  please provide legal guidance on this.
