I want to know whether there is any regulation/ mamdate which govverns developers/builders to do the KYC of brokers they have appointed for selling their property.
If not Isn't it be a good control for the developers. I came across cases where every broker is welcome by Builder/developer. What kind of risk do the builder faceby appointing any one without doing their proper due diligence.
