Dear Sir,
I have a query over the termination of oral agreement. Does the termination of oral agreement requires that a written notice should be given to the other party ????
If yes, then what should be the duration of notice period. say 1 month or 2 months or 3 months ?

if its an oral agreement, then the agreement can be terminated orally, except if it is agreed otherwise.

I Want to Know What was based on this oral Agreement if there any Witness? If Any Witness we invit them make them witness as orally we terminate that such agreement , & Also inform to Person which will infect from that Oral Agreement for your convinient
